Scheduled - Dear users,
We will be performing an urgent network related software update to our compute nodes in US-SJO1, including any private clouds located in these physical zones, on the 17th of October at 06:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC.
The reason behind the update is to improve the resilience of our network infrastructure. While we strive for minimal disruption, the necessary restart of some network components may briefly impact connectivity of up to 5 minutes per VM. Unforeseen circumstances may result in extended interruptions, however, we will make every effort to minimize any impact to your servers.
