We will keep this status incident open and updated as we proceed. Customers can expect to have their cloud servers shutdown and restarted or migrated, whichever approach is more suitable at that specific time. Both approaches can result in a temporary loss of network connectivity. We will do our best to minimise customer impact during business hours, but as this is a critical procedure, we want to update our infrastructure completely as fast as possible.
